I've learned English by watching TV.

Try watching English speaking TV series & movies with subs in your native language.
The combination of English words and subs will help you learn the language in no time.

ESL classes are excellent, or if you feel that you need more than this search for adult literacy classes in your area. They are generally structured to go at an individual's pace and will assist with reading/writing skills.

yea it has helped me a lot . but what i saw was english tv series like southpark with english subtitles
