They aren't that bad, but if you are planning to go with a VDS, then make sure that you go with the +1 (or higher) as you can upgrade those at will. I find that I have to restart my server now and then with 512M of RAM, but that's only when seeding the same file on multiple sites at once.
Otherwise, I don't have any problems with it at all.

im interested in the dedicated server, not the VPS/VDS. I have heard too many bad things about their VPS/VDS, but Im wondering about their dedicated.

ahhh, I have a VDS with them. Unlimited bandwidth and I would say that I average 600G+ per month easily.

Use as much BW as you can squeeze out, 3-4TB per month is not uncommon, average speed is 3-5 MB/s, more if the demand is really high and the torrent(s) is/are very popular over a period of time.

Although they say 100/100 mbps, you will not maintain that over the month, average is half.
However, you can easily go way over 2TB per month, and when you consider the costs for other 2TB seedboxes at other hosts, then ie.hosting is well worth it, I used to run out of BW after 2 weeks at LW, at least I can use by box for the whole month now.
