Having more than 1 IP on a seedbox

Services like vectoral, or leaseweb offer more than 1 ip. Is there a way I can use that IP on firefox or IE other than just UTorrent? Let me know guys...

you simply create another user a/c on the server and then log into that user using an rdp connection to the secondary IP address you will log on and be able to use ff ie etc on the other IP address.

hmmm i tried that and it would always use the main ip and not the ip i used with RDP.
