Dynamic, its nice to get around things that limit your IP to a certain amount a day.

I have dynamic IP, i wish i have static IP. For using dynamic ip i already was banned from 3 trackers cause they associated me with a cheater. For Bittorrent static IP is safer, with dynamic IP you might be banned for association, of course this only happens in trackers with paranoid staff (they know who they are).
