I dont get that. Why did he die for your sins? If God wanted to forgive you your sins he would have without having to get his son killed in the process, isnt God all merciful? It just doesnt make sense to me why Jesus had to die to get the sins of mankind forgiven, and if the sins of mankind are forgiven then why do any good deeds, lets go on a crime spree.
