demonoid refugee

man i was with demonoid for FOREVER, never dealt with torrents before that, i was just a usenet junkie before a friend hooked me up with demonoid. now its like the floor was pulled out from under me, i feel naked!

all my trading-friends are either going back to usenet or seeking therapy for their extreme separation anxiety... but im determined to find something else out there.

ive been reading a little bit on this forum, picking up names like revolutiontt and zamunda. these trackers sound pretty sweet, how could someone like me get an invite to these sites? do we need to be pals? do i take you out for a beer or something? meet the parents?

also if anyone could recommend some more sites, thatd be just fabulous. im interested in: movies and pc games mostly, but every once and awhile i have the burning curiosity for some of those fancy new apps.

i appreciate anyone's help, im out in the cold here and im starting to get serious withdrawals. public trackers like mininova and etc just arent enough!

nice presentation anywayz..ever heard of TL!? ..its kinda a very satisfying tracker..u would never feel naked and cold with TL..one heck of a site..and kinda easy 2 find..n yeah..making friends is one way of getting invited..u dont really have 2 give them beer or meet the parents..i guess being nice would be enough!..good luck anywayz

refreshing to read your post. why dont you look through the 'sites open for signup' thread. its a good place to start. you will find plenty of excellent private trackers that you can get started with. become a good user on one or two of those till you can access the invites section. then you can find a few invites to other sites. trust me, if you look closely, you'll find more than enough content to satisfy those needs of yours on the open signup sites. besides it will save you the beer money and the embarassment of meeting parents

invites are disabled ...so is the system ..his only chance would be getting an account ..which is pretty hard .. since TL is such a great tracker

as for how to get an invite: your account needs to be 30+ days old so u can get access to bittorrent invite section and can request there. Asking invite in this section will get you infraction or even worst...banned.

...and, i would recommend you thepiratebay or mininova as temporary alternative to demonoid.

they say zamunda is the the best replacement for demonoid...so get an invite or wait till it opens..

I am in the same boat.Just keep looking in the sign ups.I got zamunda last week.Hope i can be lucky and get torrentleech.Demonoid was so good i never looked at any other ,and now its gone we are in the s**t

atm there are good sites which are open for signup .if when TL open invitations again in the future it will the best site for u , but till then these sites are pretty good as well and open .
