Japanese Tracker?

Hi, I've been lurking here for a while. I'd love to know if any of you could recommend a Japanese general purpose tracker? I've been unable to find any (I think I found a very small site with a couple dozen torrents once, but nothing else). I know there are some Chinese trackers out there, but I'd like to find one from Japan.

Just to avoid mis-understandings, I'm NOT looking for Anime/Manga or any other Japan-related English tracker. What I want (if there is one), is a general tracker in Japanese meant for a Japanese public, preferably public or with occasional open registrations, since I very much doubt I could ever get an invite.

Does something like this exist? Or does Japan just don't use torrents much? If that's the case, what alternative do I have? Winny doesn't seem very safe, and it's successors require more bandwidth and disk space than I have available. Also torrent sites are more community oriented.

I apologize if this was too long for a question or if it has been asked before, I did use the search function. I'd appreciate any answer, thanks in advance.

what type of files/videos/... are you looking for? i know of a couple of places that are for dramas/raws/hentai/anime/manga/english subs and so on, but it is all video everything. no computer programs or anything like that.

I'm not really looking for any file in particular right now, I want a site meant for Japanese users so I can get a chance to get a feel of the community, even if I just lurk. I'd still like to know about any other website you know of though, but one with Japanese users is preferred. That way, I can also keep on practicing my very lousy Japanese.

there isn't really a point to look at a hash db unless you are not getting from a good source or a file is corrupted or you are using newsgroups right?

http://www.tokyotosho.com/ is a nice web site i'd recommend to anyone who wants to get japanese videos of all types. it has raws and I think dramas too, but it is still an english site. *grins at dogie evilly*
