Do I have to sell my soul for some FTN or BitMeTV?

I'm desperate for an FTN or BitMeTV invite, but I hear they are the rarest of rare. What do I have to do to get an invite to either of the sites? Write a few 1000 words on why I want them? Offer money? Or compliments? Or is the only way by knowing someone who is on the site. Is it a impossible dream? Should I just give up my search? Right now, I feel like the only way of getting on either site is by giving up my soul. Heck, yesterday someone was offering an invite to whoever would post a picture of their boobs!

I might actually consider that. I guess this could go in the general bittorrent forum too, but I'm hoping some kind soul will look upon this thread and offer my an invite. It is Christmas season after all!

What I want to discuss is the insane lengths people have to go through to try and get an invite to these top sites. I'm know it's probably worth it, I can only dream of the content and speeds, but these are some desperate times. To get an invite to anything these days, I have to post around 5 ratio proofs, a speed test, some rep. Where does it end...
