Nero Burning Movie Upside Down

I have a problem with nero when i use it to encode a avi file then burn it into a vcd. Everything works, but when i go to view the disc on my dvd player the picture is upside down...any suggestions to why this is happening..thanks

Don't use NERO to encode, it sucks. afterdawn forum is the place to learn about video encoding.
