Music Management App.

Anybody have a software or website recommendation that could help manage/organize/and perhaps create album "wish lists" for music regardless of file format. I know of itunes but was wondering if there was anything else out there. My Google searches haven't yield anything too promising. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Thanks
