Can someone tell me that when I downloading using Kaaza Lite, can my company network administrator know what files I am downloading.
If YES then how can I avoid this ??

That would not be a nice thing to do. Your system admin has imposed those rules for good reasons. You have a job apparently, get your own broadband and take your own risks.
