My speed test

Can anyone help, i do a speed test every day, and my download and upload stay about the same each day, what i would like to know is that my download speed is pretty good, but not sure on my upload speed.
Is this a good upload speed or should it be better and is there a way i can improve my upload speed.

Those speed tests are a bullshit, I can upload up yo 110KB/s in uTorrent, and in those tests it says my UP speed is 60KB/s LOL?

And I get all pissed off when you guys ask for a speed test from those server's cause they give false information!

well it probably goes at the time that your uploading remember your connection doesnt stay the same all the time.
