Can someone recommend me good electronic encyclopedias like Encarta?

My teachers seem to hate wikipedia cause it's not "reliable" or whatever, so I wanna try using encyclopedias.

    Thanks

    Hi FalconAce !!!

Best option for you is :

    More info @ http://www.britannica.com/

    Regards !!!

Your teacher is partially right, and I say as Charles. Go with Britannica's. Or the more serious wikipedia articles have sources at the bottom you can look at.
What an ordinary day, the extraordinary way.

I think there's probably two main ones: Encarta & Britannica.

I'd try to get both as some info is not found in the other.

Also. Microsoft Student with Encarta is an extra feature that can help you out with math lessons(theory) and research papers. It has templates for quite a bit of tasks such as presentations, mark recorder, different types of reports.

To see the world in a grain of sand and heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand and eternity in an hour.

    Thanks for all the replies

Looks like Encarta and Britannica are the best options for me

@wrongun92: Microsoft Student with Encarta sounds great. Thanks for the suggestion
