How Can U Change The Viewing Size Of A Movie?

most of the movies i download take up too little space on my monitor, only taking up 1/3 of it.. how can i make them take up the whole monitor??

You can encode them and chose to change the aspect ratio or use BSPlayer and change it while u watch it.

All the players I use have a "Full screen" option.
What player are you using?

try using Zoom Player to view your films with...it can be adjusted to any size you want without changing the file...you can stretch the file in all directions to fill the screen untill its in proportion or if so desired you can make it out of proportions(if that is how ya like it)..seriously but zoomplayer is what ya want...
