trading is dead on track- that state it in the rules to me! Giveaways to good members w- permission is ok, i would think, but what sites(above level 1 allow giveaways????) i really am not sure?

Check out Grind$oFine's thread about tracker invite rules. And not many tracker allow giveaways in public forum, not even invitation only forums. Though most people on FST does not seem to care about that
