Yeah, but I don't care for this file. It's just a crappy funny video that is like 5Mb. The point is either way it should not have artifacts! 
Stupid XP, even Windows 2000 played the files normally!

*bump* Unfortunatly, I have no idea what to do now. I reinstalled DX9, the codes, WMP, pretty much everything and still no fix. 
Does anyone know what else can help it?
