I'll give away 10 total. To qualify you'll at least need to have a static IP. This is mainly to ensure I don't regret giving my gift.

If your IP changes, the acct will be disabled as well as both IP's banned.
Also, you will be exempt from invite priv's for the life of the acct.

any reason as to why it has to be static? And what happens if someone moves and has to change their isp?

Mine alternates between two ranges.

I've a static IP the problem is that it change from time to time (when i renew the contract: every 3 - 6 month generally) but till today i was able to get it in the same x.x.x.0-x.x.x.255 net

if at least a certain net would be allowed I would try to take part, otherwise I think it's better to give to other some possibilities, as the risk of changing the ip with the next contract renew is high

If i have a dynamic ip at the moment is it possible to configure it to be static? if it is i'll gladly do so for an invite.
