Thread: For A L L That Use P2p Or Share Files

1. #141
What do they think??? Getting money from kids???

Hell no, they aren't going to pay those people at any cost and just sit in jail for free.

How dummer these people will get???

They getting dummer now and kids getting smarter now.

People are afrade to stand up for their kids now days because of brainwash by the government and not by God of will.

Remember that guys and girls!!!

If that was my boy!!!

I would stand up for him and sued the complany for that.

There isn't a law that say that we can't copy a music and share those.

But there is a copyrights law that saying that we can't sell musics that doesn't have our name on it.

Other words, over rules for doing that boy like that without him selling those musics!!!

Even the Bushes in this world will have to face the fact that p2p can't be rooted out, 'cause there's simply no main root to dig out.....They may b able 2 pick one or two less carefull users (use a firewall and peerguardian! pleeze&#33 out of the gigantic pool, but all that amounts to is psychological warfare. Seems to me the only thing that can bring p2p down is if we all delete our shared folders and run like hell, cause there aint no way 2 stop us any other way(and i think they know it, hence the meaningless litigation).

All we normal users have 2 do is wait for them to realise that their attempts to controll or regulate p2p is futile (they will b assimilated.. ) and meaningless, frankly.Technology will find a way (thanx to smarter people than me out there, who devellop software like k++, thanx ,whoever u are).

Wich doesn't mean that we shouldn't try to speed up that realisation-process. I signed the pettition. We all should.Main thing is:

Don"t get scared out of p2p by corporate spook tactics!!

The key to this is subdue, threat, sue and control you people as if owned...
Why even be bothered by it, congress could careless if a few people raises hell about it, they know that if they get their way its a win win situation... why make filesharing legal cause of a few individual?
we people are bothered by whats legal and illegal so much that even minor thing like sharing files is a major issue.

I agree that we should put up a stand against all these bs litigations. For one breaking the copyright law means that one is reproducing the original and redistributing it for a profit. How many of us are truly doing that? Probably not many. I have never made a profit from my downloads, they are only for me to listen to on my computer or in my CD player. No different than taking some of my own bought tapes/CD's and making a mix from those (as we used to do when tapes came out.

I would send in a letter but I live in Canada so not much I can do there to help, sorry about that. I don't agree w/ paying to share a file from you not the label companies, especially considering they only pay at most $0.80, if the artist is lucky, for every CD we purchase. Like I said in a previous post the CEO's are only pissed off b/c they could not grossly increase their own pay and bonuses while screwing over the artists. Could site to check out on this is http://www.negativland.com/albini.html

Is an actual producer telling the real story of how injustly artists are treated by these same labels who are sueing,

Hey everybody I'm posting this message because I just read somewhere that K-lite has been shut down thanks to sharman networks, and some copyright infrigment suit brought against them. There was a rumor of k-lite 2.60 coming out, but nobody seems to know when.

I wanted to let everybody know that I found a link for a clean version of KMD (Kazaa Media Desktop). I know that not a single person on this site wants to use regular kazaa ever again, but I figure take what you can get.

Here is the link if anybody wants to try it Clean KMD download, found on ZeroPaid.com at http://www.zeropaid.com/news/article.../12252003d.php

I don't know if anybody wants to download it or not, but I just wanted to make everybody that is still checking the k-lite board aware of it.

Damn Sharman-Networks, and F*ck the RIAA

Man, I really want to sent in this letter, but I can't. The service only seems to be available for U.S. residents.

two things about this site put me off

1. they consider implementing charges for downloading music
2. this site seems to be u.s. only
Then get the fuck out. Asshole.

I'm getting my letter sent in.
I agree with the original post, and I've helped the EFA (the Australian chapter of the EFF) with this issue here in Oz. I have no objection to paying for music, as long as the quality is guaranteed and my listening choices aren't tracked. If the companies want to track my listening choices, then they should consider that information as fair payment for the information (music) I download.
Now, for Americans: I would like to see the principles of your Constitution adopted by the rest of the world. They make good sense. But I have to give back to the user "Time" some of what he's dished out, so all you Americans who simply love your country and regret some of your government's harsher actions, please forgive my following statement.

OK "Time", here's some attitude for u: U get stuck into someone pointing out that this site is U.S. only, consider this. There are 200 million of YOU. There are 5,900 million of US. The Roman Empire fell. The Spanish Empire fell. The British Empire fell. Your turn's coming. Asshole.

My letter's BEEN sent in to my AUSTRALIAN MP.

Agreed.

I would rather pay x amount of money per month, then get a law suit filed against me..

(x = Some cheap price)
