We need honest politicians, and I believe Ron Paul is one of them. However, the removal of most governmental agencies and a total end to social programs, that's just stupid. We need reform, not removal.

His idea about going back to the gold standard would destabilize the US economy, may go into recession and would take a long time to get out of. You only get 4 years, doubt he would get re-elected.
