still throttled for the time being, but the isp is spending 400k to upgrade to fix this

I hope the new Deluge can put a stop to all this!
They only have the rc1 for now, but I'm sure it wont take them long to get the official Rls.

my isp never throttle..but who knows what will be in future

No I'm not, think we only have one isp here in sweden that throttle there customers, and we have alot of isp to choose between in sweden

I was until recently, i changed isps within the week of noticing the throttling
