ahh ok. i was already PU so i wouldnt know.
let me get this right..you have to upload 25 gigs in addition to those to become PU? effectively 50 gig upload

so i was right then. everyone will be a PU now. maybe they should raise PU limit to 50 GB. not that it would make any difference
