Thread: Diskover loaded error

  1. #1
Hey I read the other thread but that didn't help since it was for VPS. I have a vectoral seedbox

    Here my server's specs
    • Intel® Pentium™ IV 2.4 GHZ
    • 1024MB DDR-RAM
    • 250GB 7.2K RPM IDE-HDD
Here are my current settings for it.

I keep getting the error when downloading say 2 or 3 torrents that are over 1 GB and downloading at 5-9 MB/s. I really would like to fix this, it seems like if it doesn't then i need to go with a better torrent client.

Cap the downstream, that's also a good idea, but it may vary on every system, someone's could cap it at 80Mbps, but others maybe below that. If you post your current buffers setting maybe others could give you a better option besides capping your bandwidth

Ok, first cap your download speed to 8000, then try these settings :
    - set the buffer size to 768 MB
    - check Reduce memory usage when the cache is not needed
    - check Remove old blocks from the cache
    - check Increase automatic cache size when cache trashing
    hope it'll work

    Okay, will do that

I will let you know how this goes

I got the same problem so i set it the limit at 7000 now

If i used another torrent client, could i leave everything at max?
