What program convert flac to mp3 format?

Why would you want to do that in the first place? You lose so much quality converting to a lossy format like mp3. Surely there must be a better way?

AAC in an .m4a container with a ~350kbps bitrate would sound almost lossless and work on an iPod, not to mention Apple Lossless.

But, if you insist, I would recommend dBPowerAmp for all audio conversions. (Except Apple Lossless, use iTunes for that because dBPowerAmp has a bug where your iPod will skip tracks.)

if u want to put the tracks on your ipod or portable music player it can't be in .flac format.

Which is why i listed the alternatives, AAC at a high bitrate, or Apple Lossless.
