Okay thanks. I was looking for something I could use permanently, but I guess I'll just get a list and keep changing.

Can anyone recommend a good proxy program that'll change it for me? (so I don't have to keep going to options in firefox, network, proxy, entering it in, etc)

And also I want this to be safer, not to cheat or etc.

Use proxy sel, if your just browsing and use firefox. It doesn't auto change, but it has a nice drop downlist to switch between, and even supports tor.

Charon combined with a good proxy judge is an excellent program to filter proxies.

There are many forums dedicated to proxies all over the net, grab their lists and filter those out, you should strive to find a Level 1 proxy
