Need Someone With A Dynamic IP (It'll be good for both of us)

Okay. I need someone with a dynamic IP. I posted this here because if we work out a deal and it works, then I'll give that person a torrent account / invite. But that person will also gain valuable knowledge and obtain something even better than most torrent sites.

Requirements:
1. MUST have a dynamic IP
2. Must be willing to spend just a little bit of time.
3,. Must leave his computer on a lot (overnights), which isn't too much to ask since a lot of people seed and download even when they sleep
4. Must be a little bit intelligent... you don't need to learn anything, but it's not super easy either
