just donate somes, choose to be an elite, you'll get the invite

Invites are given to worthy members of Power User status and above. Staff may revoke invites at any time.

When you become PU you get 2 invites, and when you become vip you get 4 more. and then u will get time to time till u reach 10, as Spark sayd.
