    Bah sorry it doesn't work.

What you were supposed to do is download the software, make an account, use the coupon code in the redeem code section, and you get 50 dollars of credit to buy e-books. Doesn't work though

Best? Well in my limited experience with the other readers I have used then yes it is. My primary e-book readers have been PDA's, The Dell Axims, the X5 and the X50V. Both of which were small and while they were user friendly the screen was such that at my rate of reading I was constantly hitting the page change button.
With the Sony 505 I have a 2 Gig SD card and a 1 Gig sony memory stick and with out including the built in storage I have had as many as 2100 e-books in the cards. It is slow to assimilate all the books when you have that many but once they are sorted the first time it speeds up. However I currently have about 500 e-books on the reader. Its well worth the money IMHO.
