Heres a quick 5 minute TL userbar i done.
Theres still a bit of cleaning up to do but its 6:30am and i haven't been to sleep yet.
Ill fix it when i wake up and edit the post

Anything else: See if you can spif up a nice internet logo, in some cool writing, since you seem very good at logo designing.
Basically if to model on TL bar, where TorrentLeech is written put Internet. With power user replaced with internet user, and Intergrate the picture if possible.
