Does the strict rules or staff good or bad?

I want to know if you had any strict behaviour from the staff or the rules that you felt bad or is it good to manage the entire community. What do you feel about the total strict rules at times and how do you react to the situation.

It's good that the staff at torrent trackers enforce their rules. Because the alternative would be a messy crappy site. However, sometimes people gets treated unjustly, because for different reasons like misunderstandings and that the staff member had a bad day or whatever . In general i think it's good with a strict staff though.
