What is a program that I can get that will help me organize my photo into a slide show with music in the background? I also want to add some video clips from my digital camera onto the DVD as well. I tried using NERO but it didn't work well because my DVD encoder or something like that expired, and I was getting "Transcoding of videos failed (Internal Error 1004)." error problems.

    Thanks.

you can use dvd santa, but that only allows all pictures or all video compilations. I've used it to make photo slideshows with music and they come out really nice.

oh cool, I'll try that out. So it's not possible to have both the slideshow + video all in one disc?

you can have both, but I haven't tried out a lot of programs, so I'm not sure which ones will do both. I'm sure a beast like adobe premiere can do it, but that has a huge learning curve.

Thanks for your reply. Hmmm...adobe premiere sounds like the difficulty of using photoshop. Any other suggestions?

If you have the time i would try to obtain knowledge using Adobe Premiere but the drawback is the deep learning curve. Have you tried adobe elements?
