TR is good for trance but I was really disappointed in their content.

If you are looking for scene release:I recommend STM,Softmp3,both two good tracker.
For non-scene:What and waffles will be your choice.
Sounds elektronik is really good but also hard to get in.

for house + trance try trancetraffic and there is another site called tranceroute...dedicated to only trance. Meanwhile, there is elektronik for elektronik only.
you are supposed to use "Bittorrent invites" section invite request...anyway i will get u started with something...check pm.
