None. Essential books like Larousse Gastronomique or Escoffier's Le Guide Culinaire are nowhere to be found. Most cooking related torrents contain just a large number of random recipes.

Those recipes don't look authentic to me, you can download the book at mininova and check for yourself. Oh, you're German, why in the hell do you need a book about German cuisine?

Can't agree more with Augusto! Most "general" trackers only share random ebooks on cooking. A more specific and professional contents in culinary, delicate french cuisines, artisan bread, pastry, chocolatier ... and all profesional alike contents are very much sought after, I believe.

S*T does have a few cooking shows that get dropped
