they can unban existing users with dynamic ips, but they won't allow new signups from those countries.

so you sign up with proxy not that hard

Israel and Poland are banned bcz SCT staff has noticed hugh Cheaters from these countries so the Disabled them atm

they did it over a month ago
and if you are from this countries all you have to do is login to their irc channel, talk to staff and they enable your ip again.

so you sign up with proxy and you cant download or you can go to their irc and say that you just signed up with proxy and you need them to unban your account. good luck with that.

They will not accept users from Poland and Israel anymore i can live with that but kicking out active users just because they're from certain country (like SCC did) is lame.
