    hi guys im creating IRC for a torrent site..........

    where to get a upload announcer thing and maybe a !user command thing like in a eggdrop bot.......

    if anyone find's this just let me know

    u can use an RSS bot for upload anouncements. its very easy to find one on the net. else you can code one on your own with ease
