After installing the latest DivX player and codecs, my computer monitor is stuck in low resolution and cant be changed in desktop properties. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? (other than un-installing DivX to see if that works)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had this problem once and i realised it was my graphics driver. To resolve this problem, i joined up to driverguide.com (free registration) and search the site for a more recent driver.

most likely it is a driver conflict , or ur hardware does'nt support ur upgradation

I'm crossing my fingers here for you, seems like uninstalling the player will not do the trick! You might need to re-install you drivers (Which card you using ATI/NVidia?).
Why do you need to DivX player? Basically, you just need the proper codecs and VLC which is the best in my opinion.
    Best of luck!!!

I identify your graphics card model number and search on their website for the most recent video driver

Also check your motherboard and get the latest chipset drivers for it.

Or if your on a laptop, search your laptop model number and install all drivers for it.

Click for more activation options, then activate by telephone. Run the keygen.
if I call them, aren't they going to get me? (you know, down there)
