Can I use NTFS and FAT32 at the same time using WinXP as my OS?
Is it possible to move NTFS files to another location which using FAT32 or vice- versa?
    Can Win98 read NTFS files?
    Anyone can help?

Win9x cannot see ntfs or the files on it. The only reason to use fat32 if you don't install win9x to it is if you want to share some files between a dual boot win9x/ NT/XP system. Moving files between them is usually ok but occasionally there might be some excess fragmentation or transfer errors due to the file differences. FAt32 should be used as a last resort though if you are concerned about efficiency and speed.
