Azureus embeded tracker? Is it safe?

Ive just been using this for a few days to share a few torrents on a few sites but i was just wondering exactly how safe it is?

Since its running of my home pc, could it be easily compromised?

Also, i cant find where it is storing the html files for the index page on my pc, does it auto generate the file? or is it stored somewhere?

For example, if i wanted to edit the tracker pages background color or something, where would i find that file?
