i don't know why you need it...tv.torrents.ro is good enough to fullfill your wishes
and i am sure that you have better speeds on tv.torrents.ro than you will have on bitmetv(if you ever get it)...as you say...you are from RO...

i don;t have peer with tv.torrents.ro .. only one network from RO has peer with whole country(almost) i am on a different ISP .. my point is the speed i download from ScT FTN bitmetv TL i download on tv.torrents.ro

that is impossible....you can't have peers with the tracker itself...
peers are made with the users from there..and i am sure you have good speed...
