could be routing problems. I had a similar problem in the past , i couldn't log in for almost a week ,but for everyone else the site was working fine. So ,i suppose it's just a matter of time

what ever is happening the same things are happening to me at the same times as you, like others are saying, my guess is routing (you live next door )
