I would say
What.cd, Waffles, and STM used in combination. Libble is also great (11000 torrents) because their bonus ratio system makes it incredibly easy compared to other sysyems to stay positive even when noone leeches. speeds are generally slower there.
then if you're looking for specific genres there would be others, but I won't go there cause it's off topic
