really guys, theres a reason they update software, its called new features AND improved/fixed security. If those aren't good reasons to upgrade, I don't know what is.
I do believe in a proper wait time to see if there are bugs in the new version, be it security realted or just stats not updating properly.
All of this has been discussed numerous times before.

Here we go again. Now some trackers wont use 1.7.5 anymore and BitmeTV will take like 2 months to check that is a reliable client!!

just update it, and stop the torrents on the crappy trackers where it's not allowed... if everybody does this you will see it enabled very fast
