ADC, BitHQ, TTi, Cinematik, NB, and not sure about SweDVD and PT since I'm not on the last 2.

TTi has mostly PAL DVD's. Unfortunately, that doesn't suit my needs.

    How about for DVDRs NTSC?

even tho tti's dvds are PAL, they still work for me and my region is NTSC (canada). Have you tried burning PAL, because i think they're burned so that they'll work anywhere, because i use a cheap old dvd player and everything i've thrown at it works so far. altho i am new at tti so maybe its just my luck

Bithq is pretty good imo. I think it's just as good or even better then TDC. It has a better community too.
See ya in another life, brother.

Have you looked into RevTT. Seems to have a great DVD-R collection too.

Revtt, TTi, TL, FL, TB, and TDC. Lots of good sites out there with excellent dvd-r collections.

PiSexy is easily one of the best...members don't hesitate to u/l and of course they have scene releases. Can always count on seeing a 'new' tag every time I check the dvd tracker. Unfortunately invites have been striped from members and closed indefinitely.

Please do not PM me for invites. Thx.
