A couple of months ago everyone got a PM with a pin number which you have use to recover.

it is a private code that TB staff has pmed to each member, you will need to know this 4 digit code if you want to change pass/email/passkey.
Should you enter a wrong pincode 3 times in a row you will be locked out of your account until you can contact an administrator or other staff member.
