I very much chews I would like to get in ScTre but did not succeed till now. Now here a new chance I believed it I try a success out maybe I walk. I heard much good one about the side and I would like to get in.

Of course he don't have any. Even if he has, he won't give it away.
He'd made another "Giveaway" for IPLay and the winner was "Mr. Nobody".
It's even the strangest requirement that he asks for a rep point in advance. Think that's for sure against the Community rules.
How can I give a rep point to somebody I know nothing about him and never traded with. That'd destroy the RP-System.
