seedbox questions

hello, i am new.

i am looking for help with seedboxes..

are they basically a server that you can upload torrents on to and you can seed them with like utorrent?

or is it like a computer that you can access through remote desktop and go to a torrent site, select a torrent and download it from there and upload from there..... and later transfer that file to your computer using filezilla?

one more question... i noticed vectoral.info is sold out, an other recommondations for seedboxes?

i have vps land...it's reliable and pretty decent speed...but you get what you pay for....it's fine for a casual torrenter like me though
