I like the new layout it seems more simple to navigate and more easy on the eyes

For all that say it loads faster:
It's because this layout has far less code than the vbulletin default layout so it 1) is a smaller file to download and 2) takes less time for your browser to read/render.
Plus, it doesn't use as many images as the synapse and chromo skins did.
