try google for wma to mp3 convertor.

the best free convertor is DbPoweramp....google it. its freeware, so no need for hack etc. and it depends on how good the wma is; it will stay at roughly the same quality (though bitrate will seem to increase) as wma and mp3 are both losslessless (-love that word....sorry, lossy)
