Try 'PARFUM' free or PURE soap.
'PARFUM' is a name concocted by the big firms to overcome the naming of ingredients that are likely to cause irritation to the skin. They bunched all these possible irritants together and named them PARFUM thereby getting over the legalities.
I had this problem with my hands breaking out and bleeding like stigmatism(Maybe it was!). It took me five years to find out that it was the ingredients of shaving jel that was causing it.
It wont cure it overnight however.
Most supermarkets sell pure soap of one kind or another.
The best way to keep a secret:- Tell everyone not to tell anyone.
