It won't be that much cause many will not use their invites, as now that they have just 1 or 2 will not give them away as it used to be.

Yes. It will state that you have 0 left, even if you had 2 before.

they enabled invites means for some purpose. (perhaps, just to increase their users). They can take it back anytime, their goal is achieved. Afterall, its all about business.
