ok im upgrade my computer a little with a new motherboard and an ATI Radeon 9800 pro256 im gettiing a new new 350w power supple so would this run stable and sufficient? right now im running a 230 Power supply with 1 gig DDR PC2100 1 80 gig HD a 2.4 P4 and a GeForce FX5200 128 1 CD-RW 40x16x40 and a DVD-rom 16x i will also be adding 1 80MM fan

Seems ok to me. But you might want to go with a bit higher wattage if you intend to add more harddrives, fans, pci cards, accessories, etc. It all comes down to the type of person you are. Will you keep adding more to your PC or pretty much leave it alone for its lifespan?

the only thing i'll add till i just build a new PC will be a Sound card. but i prolly wont do another big upgrade for a year or so.
